We are Sarah Solomon and Janene Di Piano, partners in real estate since 2005. Together, we’ve navigated the highs and lows of the Calgary real estate market while helping hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes.
In 2013, a client asked us to manage the renovation of a home we had just helped them purchase. Having seen renovations we had completed ourselves, they trusted us to guide the process. That opportunity sparked the beginning of Stage One Renovations and helped us realize we could offer something unique—not only helping clients find the right home, but transforming it into their dream home.
Our background in real estate gives us a distinct advantage. We understand the local market and know where renovation dollars have the greatest impact, allowing us to confidently guide our clients toward smart, lasting investments.
